FAQ
Common questions about ordering, quantities, documents, and payment.
Q1Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
It varies by product, but case units are the usual starting point. Mixed containers let you combine many SKUs in small lots.
Q2How do I request a quotation?
Send us the products (names or JAN codes), quantities, and destination via the contact form or email. We usually reply within 2 business days.
Q3Which temperature zones do you handle?
Ambient, chilled, and frozen — all supported. Mixed-temperature consolidation is also possible.
Q4Which export documents do you provide?
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and other required export documents. Import-side customs clearance and labeling are handled by the buyer.
Q5What are your trade terms (Incoterms)?
Mainly CNF (cost & freight to destination port). Other terms are negotiable.
Q6Can you arrange samples?
Possible for many products. Let us know the items and quantities you need.
Q7What are the payment terms?
First orders are generally advance payment by bank transfer (T/T). Terms for ongoing business are negotiable.
Q8Can I contact you in languages other than Japanese?
English and Chinese are both welcome — use whichever language you prefer.
